📝 Biografía

DISSENTION se forma bajo la idea de generar conciencia a través del poder de la música, en este caso a través de la fuerza del sonido del metal, la verdad es que el proyecto surge del deseo de los integrantes por hacer algo distinto basados en el Death y el Thrash Metal; posteriormente la evolución de los mismos agrego arreglos progresivos que terminaron arraigándose fuertemente dentro del sonido actual de la banda, asi como el mensaje de denunciar la realidad tal cual como es a través de liricas crudas y blasfemas incluso de lo que se considera blasfemo ya, asi que van desde una realidad tangible hasta el tormento espiritual lo que como resultado nos da una descarga de metal crudo en sus raíces, pero elaborado finalmente para poder llenar las expectativas del publico en cuanto a descarga de energía y fuerza al igual q en el nivel musical.  
La banda DISSENTION surge en el año 2007 en la ciudad de Cali, Colombia, con carlos campo en la batería, jovhan Vargas en la guitarra líder, Daniel Colorado en la voz y bajista Alfredo guzmán. Esta formación se mantuvo hasta el 2008, ya a inicios de este año entra marcos Gómez en  la segunda guitarra, que mas como segunda es complemento. Iniciamos nuestra primera grabación en el estudio de grabación de SOUNDCHAZER (adrian obleas) de la ciudad,  e inmediatamente se sale de la banda, el bajista, la banda realiza la grabación sin el bajo y cesa esta por un tiempo, poco después ingresa francisco Montoya y termina de grabar los bajos de las canciones, pero poco después se retira del bajo e ingresa Daniel Sinisterra a tocar con la banda. El primer EP de la banda se llama NECROSOCIEDAD titulando una de las canciones del mismo, entre las destacadas esta Doble Moral e Irreligius Hypocrisy. Ahora con la nueva alineación se componen nuevos temas más técnicos y complejos pero con la energía del Thrash metal y el Death metal, surgen canciones como Muda Pureza y Peste Endémica, siempre denotando las liricas en español y lo mas entendible posible, pero con una voz desafiante y brutal, estos discos se incluyen en el primer álbum de la banda, el cual está en proceso. DISSENTION se influencia de bandas como DEATH, KREATOR, VADER, BLOOD BATH, NECROPHAGIST, SEPULTURA, entre otras a nivel internacional, nacional y local.
La banda dissention ha realizado conciertos de suma importancia a nivel local, en el 2007 participa en el festival UNIBANDAS en su 3ra versión, junto a bandas como Threshold End (Bogotá) , Occultus (Cali), Sagros (Cali), entre otras de la misma ciudad, en este evento ocupan el 3 puesto entre la selección de bandas. En el 2008 participa en el Cali Under Ground, junto a bandas como Mourtoria de (México), Morten Rites (Cali), Depressor (Cali) entre otras de igual importancia. En este mismo año se realiza un tributo a la banda Kreator de Alemania junto a bandas como Land of Chaos  (Pereira), kruortus (Pereira), Death Embrace (Cali) y Sagros (Cali). Fuera de estos conciertos la banda toca en varios lugares de la ciudad y fuera de ella. Ahora en el 2009 se encuentran componiendo para su primer álbum y trabajando duro dentro de la escena del metal en la ciudad de Cali.

DISSENTION is formed under the idea of generating awareness through the power of music, in this case through the sound strength of metal, t-he truth is that the project stems from the desire of members to do something different based on the Death Thrash Metal and thereafter the evolution of these arrangements add progressive finished strongly ingrained in the current sound of the band, as well as the message of denouncing as reality as it is through raw lyrics and even blasphemous as considered blasphemous and, so, from a tangible reality to the spiritual torment which gives results in a discharge of raw metal in their roots, but finally prepared to fulfill the expectations of the public regarding discharge of energy and strength as q at the musical level.
The band DISSENTION arises in 2007 in Cali, Colombia with CARLOS CAMPO on drums, guitar JOVHAN VARGAZ leader, DANIEL COLORADO in voice and bassist Alfredo Guzman. This training continued until 2008, and earlier this year MARCO GOMEZ, enters the second guitar, which is more as a second supplement. We started our first recording in the studio recording SOUNDCHAZER (ADRIAN ) in the city, and immediately leaves the band, bassist, the band performed the recording without the low and stops this for a while, soon after entering Francisco Montoya and low finish recording the songs, but soon withdrew and entered the low Sinisterra Daniel playing with the band. The first EP by titrating NECROSOCIEDAD called one of the songs the same, among those highlighted this Irreligius Hypocrisy and Double Standards. Now with the new lineup made up new more technical and complex but with the energy of thrash metal and death metal, songs such as Muda PUREZA and Endemic Plague, always denoting the lyrics in Spanish and most understandable as possible, but with a voice challenging and brutal, these discs are included in the first album by the band, which is in the process. Dissention is influenced by bands like DEATH, KREATOR, VADER, BLOOD BATH, Necrophagist, and Sepultura.
The band has performed DISSENTION important locally, in 2007 UNIBANDAS participates in the festival in its 3rd version, with bands like Threshold End (Bogota), Occultus (Cali), SAGROS (Cali), including the same city, in this event occupy 3rd place between the selections of bands. In 2008 participates in the Cali under Ground, with bands like Mourtoria of (Mexico), Morten Rites (Cali), Depressor (Cali), among others of equal importance. In this same year he performed a tribute to the band Kreator from Germany with bands like Land of Chaos (Pereira), kruortus (Pereira), Death Embrace (Cali) and BBVA (Cali). Out of these concerts the band plays in various parts of the city and beyond. Now in 2009 they are writing for their debut album and working hard within the metal scene in the city of Cali.
